1. You will give us all of your information that you would like placed on your material such as your postcard or newsletter.

2. Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a proof to review any corrections or changes to your postcard. Your first set of revisions are always included. Any additional revisions thereafter incur in a $55 fee.

3. Once we receive the proof back, you will in turn receive a final to sign off. Once you APPROVE the final, the file is sent to our press department for printing. Standard printing turnaround time is 5-7 business days. That is shipped to your door. We can expedite this process in 2-3 days as a RUSH and is available for an additional fee.

4. If you use our professional mailing service. Your printed material will then get addressed and postaged, then sent on to your clients. If you choose bulk (standard) rate mail - turnaround time once off the press to your clients is 9-17 business days. Using first class postage your product will be to your clients step guaranteed in 3 business days.

We ask all new clients pay 100% down prior to beginning the project. Once you are an existing customer, your transaction will be billed or due bi-weekly. Any printed or mailed material must be paid in full before items are sent out. We accept checks and all credit cards excepted. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
